Talk: Panopticon

A classic War Metal unit that most players will get fairly early on that retains surprising value even much later in the game.  Good proc rate and the ability to jam and reinforce at the same time, and with an easily maintained requirement, means it has withstood the test of time much more than a lot of the other earlier WM units.
