Kaya is a decent War Chip commander for her ability to bring in another Flying unit. Her value is for players who have not yet collected Terrogor, who has a slightly lower proc rate but brings in two Flying units.
In PvP, bringing in a Flying unit like Seraph for its defense boost or Tiamat for its 4.3 damage/attack, Kaya certainly has worth and being Bloodthirsty, she is boosted by Malgoth in terms of damage. She also helps Bloodthirsty units that heal based on the number of Bloodthirsty used in an attack.
For Epic Boss fights, if Kaya brings in Thrasher, it would be as if she's doing ~6.8 damage/attack.
